Customer Information

The safety and well-being of the community is our utmost priority, and we want to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Absolutely, we will post any developments on this page and also share information through our Facebook Page. Our facilities will not be maned as usual so we may not be able to communicate as normal through phone and email at this stage.

What happens if I'm paying my membership by direct debit?

All membership payments will be automatically suspended.

What if I paid for an upfront membership/visit pass?

Any paid upfront memberships and visit passes will have time added inline with the length of facility closure.

Swim School FAQ’s

All direct debit customers will have their payments automatically suspended.

Lump Sum Customers.

All lump sum customers will have their lessons extended inline with the length of facility closure. Further information on this will be provided as it comes to hand.
